Terms and Conditions

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Laser, Visa Debit or PayPal. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be shipped once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Dan Kelly’s Cider until payment is received in full. The customer will receive a confirmation email once payment is completed. Customer must be over 18 years to purchase our products.

Delivery is nationwide (including NI) and is provided through a third party. Delivery cost is included in the €40.
Amendments to delivery details cannot be made after the order has been placed – please check all details before submitting your order. You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, local daytime telephone number and postal code. Dan Kelly’s Cider cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Delivery will only be made to those 18 years and over.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Once an order has been processed no amendments can be made to your order.

The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. Any damage to the parcel or contents must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or change any part of your order once placed, including the delivery address and order contents.
