Our cider made it on to TV3’s Seven O’Clock Show as part of a Derry Clarke recipe.

Last Friday we got a wonderful surprise as we were watching the Seven O’Clock Show on TV3 to see the one and only Derry Clarke from Michelin star restaurant L’Ecrivain use a bottle of yours truly for his dish. Not only that, Lucy Kennedy, Dermot Bannon and Owen Roe all enjoyed a glass while Derry cooked up a storm!

The dish Derry used our cider in (L’Ecrivain is one of our stockists by the way) was a Smokey Pork Chops with Orange and Apple Sauce. He accompanied it with some broccoli and threw in cumin and other things to liven it up.

You can watch the dish being made on the TV3 Player here.
